This privacy policy is applicable to the Thiink Energy app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") and this website (hereinafter referred to as “Website”), which was developed by Thiink Inc (hereinafter referred to as "Us" or “We”). This service is provided "AS IS".

User Provided Information

The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register an account within it. The following can be provided:

• Phone number

• Email

• Address

These are needed for the features offered by the Application to function, and to provide a way of signing in to your account.

We may also use the information you provided to contact you to provide you with important information.

It is also possible to contact us through email and the Website, at which point you provide an email that we can respond to.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application and Website may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application and Website.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid us in improving the Application and their service. We may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Opt-out Rights

You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

If you'd like to delete your account, including all User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application and Website, please contact us at support@thiink.com.

Data Retention Policy

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you have an account or keep using the Application. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.

Children

We do not use the Application or Website to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application and Website does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete this from their servers.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve their Application.
